Only the freshest ingredients go into Domenic's delicious meals. He is so selective that he goes to the market early in the morning for his fresh produce. Domenic's wife Fulvia does the prep during the day. Makes the homemade pasta, soups and all the Desserts. Cindy Josephsen is the manager. She runs the front end of the Restaurant, including making selections for the Wine List. Our wine cellar is temperature controlled. Domenic's Capri keeps the temperature at 58 degrees. The wine list has been recognized by The Tampa Bay Magazine as the Best Wine List. The restaurant always run wine specials nightly. Approximately ten or more wines offered by the glass and by the bottle. the are not always wine that are on our list. Sometimes they are features we feel would be a nice addition to offer.
